Newest Larger Yacht – Catalina 545

The Catalina 545 is scheduled to be introduced in the 2021 United States yacht show in Annapolis, Maryland. This cruiser yacht is one of the best-built American yachts and is the pride of the San Diego-based Yacht Club. The yacht has been in production since 1930 and has been designed by renowned yacht designer Alfred Lambro. Its hull was originally designed by the famous Scandinavian ship designer Peter Behren-Moss for his design concept of a large-scale cruiser yacht.

The yacht has been featured in the International Yacht Council’s prestigious yacht of the year award and is described as having a “long body with a short bow and long hull.” This description of the Catalina 545 accurately reflects its general shape. The vessel is also rated as the largest of twelve catamarans built for the US Navy. It is estimated to carry a crew of five and has a length overall of 411 feet long, weighing in at approximately six tons.

It was designed to carry an extensive range of electronics, including communications equipment, air conditioning, and refrigeration. It is also equipped with a powerful electric motor that propels the catamaran through all types of water and offers the driver great control. The unique layout of the Catalina 5 series allows it to be outfitted with large ski-like boom masts and the main salon where a full service can be given.

The Catalina 5 series catamaran is well known for its powerful motor. This yacht continues to use the original mast configuration that was introduced when it was launched. This configuration provides the boat with great stability even when the transom boom is not in use. This yacht also features a set of three double drop anchor points. Each of these anchor points can be individually programmed for either heavier or lighter anchorages.

The new 545 yacht also has a new salon that offers a spacious salon area. This area is ideal for trimming, painting, applying fin covers, and other services. This salon can be operated both onshore and at sea.

In addition to the luxurious facilities provided onboard the Catalina, there are other facilities that make this boat a standout. The most notable feature is the fully automated service menu. When the transom boom is not in use, a special menu that can be accessed via the computer is used to determine which services can be performed during the time the room is in use. This menu includes such activities as cleaning the boat, oil changes, checking the oil, tires, and batteries, as well as trusted options. A fully automated service menu makes this a fast, easy and convenient way to keep the vessel in good working order.
